THIS YEAR THERE'S A NEW APPOINTMENT OF FEBRUARY 23 AND 24.
The design is taking a changing role today. While on the one hand it is restricting the weight of their aesthetic and formal attributes and a key role to seek to provoke emotion in similar terms to which they aspire to bring works of art, the other is increasing its role within business enterprises and to be aligned with business strategy and contribute decisively to the differentiation and growth of them.
From another point of view, the design choice related to the product also claims to overcome, responsibility towards an ever more technologically advanced in resolving the overall experience the user will have their relationship with the brand, is taking responsibility for both the effectiveness of basic service provided by the company. View or stance on the role of design to a higher step, one in which they decide the definition and management of the business.
Finally, if we consider the growing role of consumers in the market, how to integrate their expected future behavior or preferences?, Can consumers be adopting a role of designers, decisively influencing your tastes and needs are reflected in the outcome of the designs, participating in an open process of development or co-creation, how to manage these business processes?
Some of these questions will try to bring some light on the Design Forum in this issue entitled New approaches to the design in the company.
